Shipping & Returns

All of our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase and are dispatched through Royal Mail at a standard flat rate of £2.50.

Returns

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods, such as oil blends, also for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. We also unfortunately, cannot accept returns on sale items or gift certificates or custom made items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, a request of cancellation must be made within 8 hours of purchase. You will be refunded and your order will be cancelled.

Please inspect your order upon receipt, photos are taken of products before they are shipped to ensure they are not damaged, contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you do have an issue with the item(s), please contact us within 5 days of delivery to resolve any issues. If you want to return an item, the item needs to be shipped back within 14 days of delivery at the buyer’s expense and must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Contact us if there are any issues with jewellery outside of this time frame, as we provide a service to restore jewellery after a long time of general wear. If you accidentally damage and break your jewellery we can help!
